Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our platform to companies seeking executive talent. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. This is a key position in our growth strategy with significant advancement potential for high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential client companies that could benefit from our executive talent platform
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and create targeted outreach strategies
  • Drive discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solution
  • Collaborate with our account executives to convert leads into successful clients
  • Manage a high volume of outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with consistent follow-up
  • Maintain accurate data and activity records in our CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitive insights to inform our strategy

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience with strategic outreach and account-based sales techniques
  • Comfort with technology and experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition technology
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms
  • Experience selling to HR, talent acquisition, or C-level executives
  • Startup experience and comfort with rapid growth environments
