Cookie & Tracking Note

This note explains what we store on your device when you use the NextIn dashboard, and why. It applies to the logged-in dashboard only — our public website has its own separate cookie notice.

Always on — no consent needed

Strictly necessary

Keeping you logged in, maintaining your session, and protecting against abuse. This includes a sign-in token stored in your browser. The dashboard cannot work without these, so they are always active.

Optional — only with your consent

Analytics

Pseudonymous measurement of how the dashboard is used, to help us improve it. You choose this when you first log in and can change it anytime in Settings. Declining does not reduce your access.

Sponsored content and ads are shown to fund the free service (legitimate interest), and the counts we keep are anonymous — so they appear whether or not you enable analytics. We require your consent for any non-essential tracking we use ourselves (analytics and our own ad-measurement). When you click or view an ad, the third-party advertiser or job-advertising network may set their own cookies independently of NextIn — we don't control that, and their own privacy notices apply.

Managing your choice

You can turn analytics on or off at any time from Settings → Privacy & communications in your NextIn account. For anything else, contact [email protected].
