Our Story

NextIn was founded in 2023 by recruiting industry veterans who recognized a fundamental problem in executive hiring: the most qualified candidates were often missing opportunities because traditional job boards weren't effectively connecting talent with companies, and many of the best roles never get publicly advertised.

We started with an exclusive agent model, working closely with select executives to actively market their profiles to companies seeking their specific skills. But we also leveraged our deep industry relationships to provide access to private roles where we work directly with hiring managers. After proving our approach worked, we're now launching this platform to help more professionals advance their careers.

Our dual approach: flip the traditional hiring process while unlocking the hidden job market. Instead of forcing executives to spend hours searching public listings, we proactively promote their profiles to organizations and connect them with exclusive opportunities through our direct hiring manager relationships.
