By creating an account or using the dashboard you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must accept both to use the service.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
NextIn lets you create a profile, upload a CV, browse jobs (including listings aggregated from third-party sources), and apply — either directly through NextIn (we forward your profile and CV to the employer) or by clicking through to a company's own site (you apply there; we pass referral information only). NextIn also makes your profile searchable to verified employers and recruiters who subscribe to the platform, so they can consider you and contact you about roles; your contact details and CV are shared with a recruiter only when they contact you, and we hide your profile from your own current employer. You can hide or remove your profile at any time.
Some features require a paid subscription (for example, Access). Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider and continue until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your paid features continue until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change on notice. Your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off period for digital services, are not affected.
The information and CV you provide must be accurate and yours to share, and you must use the platform lawfully and not misuse, scrape, or disrupt it.
The platform displays sponsored content and adverts (including from advertisers and third-party job-advertising networks) to fund the service.
We provide a platform and introductions only; we do not guarantee responses, interviews, or employment, and we are not party to your relationship with any employer.
When you apply on an employer's own website, their terms and privacy notice apply; we are not responsible for third-party sites.
The service is provided "as is"; we may change, suspend, or withdraw features.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll show the current version and its date, and for material changes we'll let you know. Continuing to use NextIn after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
